- An engineering firm’s project office, built from the inside. PMO, templates and EGBC PPMP, all in daily use.
- Quality records, automated. Scripts and AI that take on much of the documentation and record-keeping an EGBC Permit to Practice requires, and flag gaps before an audit.
- Problems flagged the day they start. Nightly checks of hours and expected profit, with same-day alerts and a weekly digest for each PM.
- 67 measures across 14 seniors residences and a hotel. Delivery from tender to handover in fully occupied buildings, every measure verified.
- Nine concurrent retrofits on a university campus. Contract administration for nine construction projects at once, through commissioning and verification.
- Two biomass power plants, client-side. Contract packages for $75M and $90M CAD of equipment in four and six months, and $4–5M CAD in delays avoided.
